Hi Rena, I just took my
car over to have it detailed. I ended up holding off for next week
because I was a little taken surprise by the increase in the price
from what I expected (extra $25 for black car), wanted the
opportunity to bring it in "clean," so we could properly address the
'before' and 'after' of the "swirl" marks, and we were running short
on time because I have to leave at 5:00. I just wanted to thank you
for your prompt response today. Also, I did not catch his name, but
the representative who took my "order" was very understanding,
honest and easy to deal with - very courteous and nice. Good
Service. So, after I get over the $25 and the swirls, I will be back
because I like the people. I am very sorry it did not work out
